Hmm... this one really depends on what the intended use is for the domain. For example, it could be used to show nice websites that use frames (although I haven't seen to many of those
), it could also be used to sell picture frames, and it could also be used to sell glasses. The glasses option could probably get you the most cash.
Anyway, I'd say it is valued at anywhere from $500 to $2000, assuming you'd have a buyer interested with a specific use in mind.

I wouldn't pay more than $500 for that. It's not catchy enough, certainly not something you could base a successful site around.
