What is your Server's Operating System?
Which Email Server are you running?
Are you hosting the domain?
What email client does your company use?

Jegan,
You can set email redirection in MailEnable to forward messages to the central email account.
In MailEnable, right click Mailbox -> Properties -> Redirection Tab -> Enter the central email box -> Make sure that "Keep a copy of Message in mailbox" check box is ticked.
