ok how do i setup a rr's thing, i have looked at the example but still am totally lost

First, you have to get the DNS information from your host... assuming you have setup a hosting account somewhere.
Next, you go to wherever your registered your domain and change the DNS info.
Last, you wait anywhere from 12 - 24 hours for the change to propogate.
