To prevent being accused of spamming, I know a place that doesn't require you give them a CC directly. They use PayPal so you can pay using a checking account as well or directly by mailing them a check. They'll hold your registration until they receive payment then send it through. I know this cause I'm the owner. Tho I won't paste the URL look at my signature
Im 12 years old, no bank account no credit card this means i cant use checks, loans, money orders(i dont know what that is), and that stuff i can only pay in pure cash, as for my parents credit card... i dont even get allowance from my mom that often, i doubt she'll let me use her card. Then you're out of luck completely. No domain registrar will let you pay with cash. You'll just have to go with a free domain registrar and hope they won't screw you. Or get someone you know only to let you use their credit card, then pay them back...

If you pay her the $12 or so in cash, I see no reason why she would not let you use her credit card... However, if she does insist on not letting you use it, you can always get a domain name for free from a place such as domainzero.com.
Good luck,
Brian

It wasn’t long ago that I did not have a credit card, check book, ATM card, etc. However fortunately my parents gave me access to theirs when I had money and wanted to purchase something on-line or in a catalog. It’s seems like a pain at the time, but when I look back my life was so less stressful then You work hard to make your money and you work hard to keep your money.
