clients of prexar.com cannot connect to my sites

recently I posted that clients of the isp prexar.com cannot access my websites nor email back and forth with any of the domains on my server. Now I went and bought a month of dialup with them and did some tracert'g and I got some strange results. Neither the isp nor hostdime.com (my dediacated host provider) can find the answer yet but my main site, which shares the same ip 66.195.19.200 with most of my sites is centralmaineweb.com
logging on with my prexar dialup I found that prexar can resolve SOME ip s on hostdime but not mine and not hteir main "master" ip or domain dizinc.com I did a tracert of a stie that prexar CAN resolve - mainecustomdesign.com and then one of my site centralmaineweb.com and here's the results below. notice hte 3d entry on mine differs from the 3d entry on mainecustomdesign.com in that it appears to be a "local network" ip, similar to a home network. I'm not savvy in reading the output of these tracerts but oh anyone, can you glean any "ahas!!" from this??? (i threw in a ping and an attempted connect on port 80 just for good measure)
