Who are the cheapest domain registrars that provide web forwarding for the domains registered. I need one urgently.

Try to do a search using

domain registrar + forwarding

If you need forwarding, it will cost more.

Here are some cheap domain registrars:

Then you can use http://www.mydomain.com (free) to forward the domain names, since most registrars don't offer forwarding services.

There's also 000domains.com - they've been flawless in my experiences.
