Billing for Streaming Media

First, Many thanks to those who have taken time to address my infrequent posts. Your input has really helped.

On to business...

I have started setting up streaming media servers for my clients. I'll be running Windows Media Servers to begin with, and then Apple Darwin and Real Media. I have discovered that the biggest problem is not setting up the servers, but figuring out how to track the media files and bill for bandwidth. Right now I am doing it by hand, using Web Trends. Does anyone know of an ISP billing system that can track media bandwidth and bill accordingly?
