Why is this happening?

Notice the validation buttons on the right side. Why is that space there on the home page but not the UW Courses page? They're using the exact same stylesheet and header file, so I can't figure out what's going on any ideas?
(Yes, it's probably something stupid that I should have been able to find)

All I get for both links is "Account for domain meganjack.com has been suspended"
