What does your index file need to contain for a flash site?
I mostly need the code to link the swf and js files. I'd also like to know if anyone has an index template that has all the meta data and anything else you can use in your index file.

Instead of splattering your question on multiple forums (without mentioning it to reduce duplication of effort), why don't you just run a Google search and find an answer similar to this one?
