Video Optimization
Hello guys..
I was wondering if our videos (found on our site of course) can be more search engine friendly. Just like images wherein we can put alt tags, can we do the same for videos or do we opt for another alternative... ?
Any ideas?

You could do some research on describing videos for people with disabilities. Search engines work much like blind users, so anything that works for them will work for SE's too. I would put a longer description below or next to the video. This helps people who don't know if they want to bother viewing the video too. Then link to a full transcript if you have the time to write one.

How will your videos get indexed in the search engines? will it only require me to describe the video or do i have to somethng to the video file?

I don't know anything about specific video search engines. The way google handles images is that it looks for text around the image to tell what it is. If you've got text around the image that says what's in it then you're probably in good shape.
