trying to align a definition list

I'm almost too embarassed to ask. Does anyone see why the definition list in the code below is not aligning to the left and how I can force it over?? I would figure the tag would align it, and I've tried some other variations and tags, but to no avail...although while setting here looking at it, I'm going to remove the tag and see what happens.
Greatly Indebtted

I am not sure whether or not you wanted the entire definition list, pushed to the left or not, but that is what you was trying to do. So I just replaced the alignment in your table data cell from "center" to "left" then enclosed the upper text in a couple of tags, to align that to the center of the table data cell. Then I let the definition list inherit the alignment provided by the table data cell.

Let me know if this isn't what you wanted, and tell us more specifically what it is that you did want.

HERE IS THE CODE:

Well, I'm glad that wasn't a falling brick or I'd have a concussion. Thanks!
