text-align: justify

The text in the div under the banner should be justified, but it's not for some reason. The width of the div is the same as the banner, so that's not constricting it. Any ideas? Thanks...

It is most likely becasue the text doesn't wrap more than one line. using justify tells it that any line that continues onto the next line should be lined up on both sides, however, the last line of text simply left justifies.
Not sure if there is a setting to force full justification like you can with most word processors. If you are needing them spaced out evenly, how about a table?

PS, for an example, repeat your text inside the links section 2-3 more times, and you will see the results.

Yeah, you're right, that's what it's doing.
