Hey, everyone

guys i am trying to create a table with a border that appears on mouse rollover only , i tried myself but i think my skills stop me from going further .

there is a site that something similar.
http://carfolio.com/specifications
accept the only thing that appears on rollover is te inner color in the specification alphabet buttons ..

Help me out guys ,

FWIW - the "something similar" page does not work at all for me, so I have no clue what you are talking about.

well there isnt anything wrong with the page at all, try hitting carfolio.com and then go to specificatios .
