SSI question - Will this work?

I want to use the SSI INCLUDE command and the piece of html code I want to include itself contains an SSI call (an EXEC).

Question: Will this work? Will the EXEC with in the section of INCLUDEd code still function when SSI includes it in the body of an html page?

Thanks!

Thanks!

BTW, do you know how far down SSI will let you nest INCLUDES and EXEC's? IOW, can a piece of html code use INCLUDE, the INCLUDEd html code include another INCLUDE, etc. etc. and each INCLUDEd piece have an EXEC? Just curious.

I don't know actually but try and tell if you found a point where it no longer worked...

JP - I coded the INCLUDE with embedded EXEC last night and it works great! It got me around a nasty "feature" of FP98.

Thanks!

ps- Can you suggest any good SSI books? I currently have "Web Design in a Nutshell". It's an OK reference but the section on SSI is very short. I'm sure there are far more powerful things I could be doing with it and many more environment variables I could be using. Thanks again!
