Some customers claim to not be able to see part of my website, is this possible?

Hi folks, a couple of customers have told me that they cannot see a price list on my website, do you think they're just not looking or is it possible that somehow its not showing up on certain computers?
Its just standard text done in Frontpage on page two of this website ... http://www.cozypets.com.au
Thanks.

The only pricing I found on your site was on new_page_1.htm (Size Chart). I didn't se anything offhand in the source code that would prevent a browser from seing the pricing.

I viewed it in Firefox on Windows 2000. The only possible thing I could think of is that they do not have their browser window opened wide enough (and that would have to be under 800 wide) and then they are not scrolling to the right to se them, however that would mean the text below the prices would get cut off on the right as well...)

Ask some of the peope who are saying they cannot se the prices what browser they are using and what OS.

Well I'm using Opera and can see that price list fine (bad name for a page though - doesn't help the Google bot understand your site!)

Could it be that these customers don't understand that "Size Chart" means "Price List," ask them to look for "Size Chart" instead and see if they can find that - remember that users are stupid! Laughing out loud

a Padded Cell our articles site!

How about helping the users buy something?

The anchor text could be Sizes & Prices

Thanks for having a look, I know its not ideal the way it is, I'll go back and change a few things as per your advice.
