Small Frames in Netscape 4.x
Hey,
haven't been here for a while, probably because this is the first problem I encountered in month.
I use a frameset which at 800x600 should have a frame with the width equal to 1 and grow for greater resolutions, so the content stays in the middle. (I can't use frames for this purpose, because the customer explicitly wants a scroll bars at a place other than the very left.) It works just fine in IE > 3 and NS > 4, however,
in Netscape 4.x frames on the very left seem to have a minimum of about 5 pixels. Does anybody know how to reduce this minimum width? As far as I know I used all the common attributes.
Thank You,
->malte

Found this, so the answer is there is no solution to the problem:

Just so that you didn't feel nobody was reading ... http://www.xs4all.nl/~ppk/tests/framesnn.html
Doesn't help, but it offers more insight.
