Hello,
I am going to be making a site in Spanish within the next few weeks. I need to know how to do the special characters you know...like the "é" and stuff. Do I just type em (like I just did) or must I put in the & l t; things?

Thanks for your help.

Check to see if you need to add a special meta tag which tell the browser that this is Spanish. Otherwise people will get different charcters on diferent machines. I checked the page in Andy's link and where it says it has letters in Spanich (accented e's etc.) I see characters in Hebrew.

I think there's a meta tag which identifies the language. I know that when you enter a site in a foreign language sometimes IE tells you to download that specific language characters. I'm not sure how it's done though.
