I never use frames but (off the top of my head - and I'm very tired today) can you have the noframes tag within the frameset? I thought it went after?
Am I way off Smiling if so I'll look tomorow and figure it out for you...

Hey there are frames Sad
Damn, hyupermart probably set it automatically, but anyway, i really don't think it's the problem...i tried to redirect the page to another host, and there was still a problem...
i have no host for this domain btw, it's a redirected page...
