Serious Difficulties
please look at this page in IE 4+ at 800x600 resoultion www.scahperd.org/officers.html If you click on the top links, the table changes through layers. I want to page to look close to the same in NN and at different resolutions...how in the world can I do this...having serious difficulties

I’d suggest putting them all in tables instead. Layers don’t work in many browsers and can cause real compatibility issues when used as part of a layout structure. Just list the different officers and if you want to add a named anchor that links to the different categories or put each on it’s own page.
If you’re going to use layers the layout cannot be centered like that or the pixel width between the side of the screen and the centered table will change on different screen sizes.

I didn't want to make the page long and us anchors, and I am still hopign their is osme way to use layers.
