Scrolling="no" ???

Hi,

I'm using a frameset on a site and I've set no scrolling for the bottom frame. So now, there aren't any scroll bars, but one of my pages will "move" if the user clicks on the page and drags down screen.
I've fixed another page with the same problem by removing any extra lines at the bottom.
On the page that moves, I'm using a bunch of layers to display info the centre of the page. All these layer markers should be hidden out of view in the bottom frame, and are.
However, this means that I can't delete right to the bottom of the content and the movement continues.
Is there a way to "lock" the bottom frame, or maybe just the one page so that is can't move?

The page is at: http://www.banffcamerashop.com/new2 then follow the "cameras" link at the bottom of the page.

Thanks

It's not very successful at 640 by 480 resolution as the whole page can never be seen. You might want to re-think the concept rather than give up all the visitors who still have lower resolution monitors;)
