I was wondering if anybody knows of a html or a php scripts that will alow my visitor to post a message and then scroll acorss the sreen in a maquee effect. Please help

Blech.
Don't do it. Scrolling marquees are as bad as blinking text.

You can combine that with a guestbook script, or something like that.

It would take a bit of coding work that you could likely learn to do. Besides, I personally hate scrolling marquees, so I'm won't help to actually code one.
