Scrollbar thing
Ok, I need help I want to make somthing thats like the scrollbar so I dont have to have the normal scrollbars. Can anyone help me?

Just make the page with no scrolling and then tell your visitors to scroll that they need to highlight the content of the page and pull down. J/K
Try maybe dynamicdrive.com, it might have sumpthin'.
