A scrollbar issue in IE that i've never seen before
I just designed a site that is having a pretty odd scrollbar issues and am stumped as to why it is happening. Maybe you can help.
The problem is that any time the vertical scrollbar is needed, the horizontal one will show up and scroll 15 pixels or so for absolutely no reason. How wide your browser window is does not affect the scrolling that IE is creating - it will horizontally scroll those 15 pixels for no reason.
As far as i can tell, this is only occurring in internet explorer.
The site is already live due to deadlines, but i assurred them that i will take care of very shortly. To take a look for yourself, go to the address below and click on "Gallery." Remember that you need to make the vertical scroll bar appear and the horizontal one will come along with it for no apparent reason.
Thanks in advance-

The gallery page is all frames, at 800x600 the left navigation frame is fixed so I can't see the last 3 links.
The right frame has a vertical scroll and the lower one has a massive horziontal scroll.
I think I know what your problem is though (without being able to up my screen size). On a bigger screen size the right frame would not normally have a scroll bar, nor would the lower, but because the layout is set to the pixel when the scroll bar appears on the top the default margin kicks in on the lower frame which was not considered. To fix this (dump the frames lol), add at least 15pixels to the lower frame width (resize the page making it 15 pixels shorter).
15 is a random number as all the browser have different defaults, ranging from 8-12, 15 will give you a bit extra if you use coloured scroll bars or whatever later.
Note this scroll bar issue will always happen if the browser window is not maximised and forcing it maximised is a no no
