I'm assuming you're question is pertaining to web form creation? If that's the case, this is a setting on the user's computer that you cannot control or specify.
Yeah, when you fill out a form, (name and password) sometimes there is an option to "remember it" on the pc, anyway to include that "remember it" option on a password form.
if youre talking about the IE feature, you can't manipulate that. otherwise you could do it with cookies, however the password will be readable in plain text in the source.
