RESIZE same window

Is it possible to resize the browser window (without opening a new one).
I mean. You are navigating in a normal browser window and when clicking in a link this
same window resizes to a small window, with no toolbar, location,...

It's possible to resize the window, but you can't cut the window chrome. You can sue the command:

window.resizeTo(width,height) where width and height are integer values.
