Problem with ad display

I was looking at my site using Mozilla, and firefox and I was horrified. My navigation collumn was like 600px wide! So I fixed that somehow. And another thing I noticed was my ads at the top of the page aren't displaying right. They look fine in IE, blue at the top and white at the bottom, but in the other browsers its all blue! Is there something wrong with my code?

height="0" align="center" cellpadding="0" cellspacing="1" bgcolor="#145587"> stands out,

also PADDING-LEFT: 0px (remove the px) if you do remove the px check it works in Opera, as I know on some things Opera needs the px or it messes up, i.e. hr tags

also missing all the tags on the bottom section and a I couldn't find

Yeah, that would be my awesome coding skills :blue: I kinda have it working now (I put it through the validator, and it almost crashed my computer Wink), but the height of the table rows is messed up. Take a look in Moz and you'll see what I mean.
