print a static variable depending on content
Alright..I just thought this would make my job easier and would like to know how, or if I can do it. I want to create a variable of some sort so it will automatically take a value from the html and reprint it in several spots. I want it to be static because it will print differently on each page. So I figure it would be somewhere along the line of a simple javascript that would make a variable outta the text, and print it with the print command. That was just a wild guess, don't hold it to me...hehe.
Thanks for the help

... er, for example?? We need a bit more of a description of what it's all about. Are we talking about something as simple as a script that defines a single variable and then the BODY of the page being litteres with doc write(var) statements?
Maybe doc write(window.title) ????

Simply just take a area of text, such as $64,000 and reprint it in several different areas of the webpage. The value will be contained in the html doc. Does that clear things up a little? I know...I know..I SUCK!
