Pop-Up Variable to Form Field

I’m in need of a simple java script. I’m sure I can write it myself if I had a little time, and I’ll give it a try this evening, but if anyone has something similar to this I’d appreciate it.

Basically I have about 80 pop-ups using a simple java script that displays the pop-up at 300x300 with no bars, buttons, or menus. Each of these pop-ups link to a page that has a form with the same format… I want to pass a variable to the form so that I don’t have to make 80 different versions of the pop-up. Basically the only form field that needs to change in the pop-up is a drop down menu. The menu will have a list of 80 different options. Depending on which link they select to lunch the pop-up the selected option should change.
