passing values from one form to another - storing the value in a parameter and redisplaying it.
Please,I need this one immediialtely. I am creating a web report for SQL Server using .IDC and .htx files.
On the .htx I have a drop-down box and a table. When the user selects a value from drop-down box I am calling .idc file and reloading the form so that it will shoe the new data. But I don't know how to store the value in the dropdown box so that when the form loads up again I can display the same selected value.
Any sujjestion. Appreciate your help

I would guess that you would need to use a server side language. Perhaps a cgi script, or perhaps asp or php. You might want to post this in either the CGI forum or the "Other Languages" forum as well. If we find a JavaScript trick we will post it here though.
