Hi everyone

I am making a site with frames, but I don't want the users to use 'Open in new window' from the right-mouse-menu.
That's because I made a little interface kinda thing, and I don't want the users to get out of that.
If you're interested in the site (only 60% done, some things are not ready or partly uploaded) click here.
For example, when visitors click on 'main', 'djs' , 'book' or 'links', I don't want the page to be loaded into a new window or anywhere else. I just has to be loaded into the main window (the one with all the content) even when visitors use 'open in new window'.

I hope i made myself clear, cause I can't exactly express what I mean. English is not my thing Roll eyes

Anyway, thanx in advanx (see what I mean about my English-knowlegde Smiling )

Hi Jack,

Gee I don't know. Your English looks fine to me, especially in your site's main frame. Though, I think there are some typos in there you might fix. Smiling

Insofar as your problem: I can only recommend the following:
1) use a noRightClick script (you can find oodles of them at javascripts.earthweb.com and a full discussion of them at: javascriptcity.com in the Post a Javascript section, including why they don't work.
2) follow this thread:

A side comment: I don't forsee many people deliberately redirecting the frame target of a link. It involves too much work for the casual surfer, and the determined hater of frames will, in all likelihood, hate noRightClicks also, and simply avoid your site.

Thanx Vin for that quick reply.

I wasn't planning to use the no-right-click script, cause I hate it also, and I don't want to avoid one of my own sites (duh).

I think Rageforth's thread will give me enough info to figure it out, but if anyone knows another way to help me
