netscape templates??????
I need to make some web templates that are netscape compatible. The ones that use the % sign andthat sort of stuff. Anybody know any good tutorials or have nay they can share??

If it's just some Templates you want, there are Free Templates available you can use. The first thirty are HTML 4.0 and the next 10 are in XHTML. Every set has a RTF file with useful information as well. Grab what you like.
