Needing Javascript Help for Image Map Mouseover Fading

Hi, I'm hoping someone can help me. I'm trying to make a series of mouseover images that I've scripted into my logo fade in when it's moused over. I was hoping someone could be able to help me figure out what I needed to add to the script to make it the descriptions fade it.
What I currently have so far is at the following URL:

As you can see, the mouseovers work just fine, and I just need the fade.
