Need help with form

Hi All,

I created QUOTE FORM for my website and it doesn't always work. The idea is for potential customers to fill in all the required info, click on 'SUBMIT', and the info then flows to my Inbox via e-mail. I checked it from my own computer at home and it seems to work fine. The problem is that it doesn't always work for my customers. They actually go through the form and fill it out, and click 'submit' and it never comes to me. Where is it going? Sometimes they even get error messages; something about "Microsoft Outlook.exe"??? Can you tell me what's going on or how I can fix this? Thanks in advance.

Here's the link to the QUOTE FORM:

that sounds like it's a client problem to me. Nothing to do with your HTML. If I were you i'd look into some remotely hosted CGI that will email you the forms contents instead of sending it through the email client.

Hi,

IE browsers do not send data with the mailto: command. They can only put in the TO and Subject. You need a cgi email program. See your ISP for a script or find a remotely hosted one --
