Need help in CSS
what is the best source to learn CSS properly? at present i m using Table in HTML but wanna make my website in DIV. i tried a lot but when i worked on CSS i got confused and it took a long time to implement minor things.

Find a good tutorial or two. w3schools has a great tutorial that also lets you experiment with css code. Also try HTML Tutorials, The CSS Tutorial and HTML Dog

You can learn CSS at thenewboston.org. This website includes video tutorials which helps you to learn CSS in a very simple way.

Try to visit www.w3schools.com .It is a good site to learn web development (HTML,CSS, PHP etc.) and it also has tutorials.

I you wish to learn only the as mentioned above you can use w3schools.com.
But if you want to learn this by performing some practicals, then I suggest you to download some free HTML/CSS templates and try to learn by updating that template. It may take a bit time but it is the best way to increase confidence level.

W3school, Lynda.com should be your good source for css tutorial after that you have to practice regularly & take example from website & try to build your lesson like them.
