Need help creating a scripted interface

I am trying to create a image rollover effect that will change the image in a different location than the image I am mousing over. I haven't had much luck finding any information on this. I have seen it numerous places, but I can't seem to get it to work for me. Is there any place that talks about this, or does anyone have any pointers or script I can try? Thanks!
