need a form
I need an order form to put on a web site so that users can fill in info and then e mail it or print it out. It needs to have a place for the name, address, etc. and items and quantity. No prices or price calculations needed.
Does anyone know where I can find a cut and paste script??
Or is there a such thing without having to go the shopping cart route?
Hope this is enough info.

You mean a HTML-form?
if yes, then check:

Thanks, I believe that is what I need.
I'll just have to figure out how to put it all together.

Forms that use mailto: as their action do not always work. In some configurations all that happens is the e-mail client opens and addresses the mail ... and then waits. For example, on my system that happens. I have NT/Microsoft Outlook Express, etc.
You might want to look at free forms such as those from response-o-matic.com or bravenet.com all of which have externally hosted services that deliver the forms to your e-mail box.

Also, freedback.com and Matt's Script Archive.
