Hello,

I hope someone can help me out - I am a reseller, have a client (I work on the site) he has Mp3 files - the difficulty is that I keep getting complaints that the files will not fully load - they get stalled - when downloaded or streamed. Some folks say they load just fine - others say no.

The very first file is the smallest - easyist to test -

I believe on cable - but I tested on dial-up and it worked fine. Were you able to test?

I have dsl and it worked fine... on my site I use wmp player.. seems to be the more stable than anything.. if you want go to my site and see how mine works.. voiceone.net/index5a.html that may help somewhat. Not sure if that is what you want to do though.. I have had dial ups say it takes along time. .but .. they are big files so that is why. It might be there connection is stalling.. your page was working ok.

I checked and tested at your site - with dial up - works fine - takes a while but that is expected - thanks again for your time.
