META tag - Where do I put it?
I have recently written my first web page in HTML. I have a frame set w/ three frames, so I have four index.htm files for my site. I want to write a META tag before I register with search engines. Does it matter which index file I put the tag in?

You can put appropriate meta tags on all pages in between the <head> tags.
