Meta tabs & Frontpage

Hi,

I am using Frontpage to make my first site http://www.4legs.fi and I have heard some things about "Meta tabs" Am I meant to edit the HTML in Frontpage that reads

horses for sale

???

Also Bearing in mind that this is the first time I have ever tried to create a site could you give me your opinions ?? Only the Home page & "Horses" are looking anything like I want them to the rest is just a framework.

Let me know what you think to color schemes layout etc

You can delete all of those since they are irrevelant. Got to http://www.seachengines.com to get idea's on meta keywords and such.
