Maps and Driving Directions
I have a client who would like a map and driving directions on their site. I have google maps on there now but the map is really outdated.
Sooo...???
They really like mapquests map, driving directions, add to your cell, print etc - but how do I add it to the site without just having a link and without spending $5k/yr?
Ideas?

It's possible to add driving directions to Google maps: have a look at the Google developer documentation. Am sure you can do the most important things you want. Have a look, see how far you get and come back with questions.
How does that sound?

Well - it sounds great! Except that the map that googlr provides is outdated.
What about printer friends and add to cell?
Thanks Jeeves!

Hmmm, I'm not too sure either. Google maps is out of date? Wow, am suprised at that although I see you did say that in your first post.
I presume by cell you mean mobile phone or cell phone? And by printer friends you mean printer friendly?
Any map is going to be alright to print, it's going to be graphics heavy and whoever prints it will be aware of that. Add to cell and printer friendly options are nice to have, but if the only choice is to pay 5 grand a year it's not worth it in my opinion. Have you looked at Multimap? They have a JavaScript API available. They have send to mobile and printer friendly functions, are the maps up to date though?
