Links not working on my ipda 3rd gen

Hi,
I look after a website for local Parish council: http://www.mawdesley-village.org.uk/
The site is mostly looked after by them via CMS but I do the more complicated stuff like adding menu items etc.
The menu down the side works ok but I've recently found the links don't work on my iPad (ios7)
The links are mostly in a standard table with some of them have a sub menu script. Other links on the site work ok.
The menu is a separate PHP file from the viewable page. Any ideas why that might be?

I took a look, and the script that's creating those pop-out menus is a little on the old side (dated 2009, but seems older to me). Try a newer script. It would actually be possible to do this with just CSS if you got rid of the tables.
