lavarege browser catching - website loading slowly

Hi,
My website based on newspaper directory & i have many iframe page but those iframe page loading very slowly, i found the problem "lavarege browser catching" but already i have .htaccess file to fix this problem in my root folder but that .htaccess file are not working for iframe page so how can i fix the problem ?
