know of any good free web site creation software
hi everyone,
does anyone know of any software that allows you to make web pages and ultimelte a web site for free... i mean that front page is good but it may be a bit too complex for my friend.. there must be loads of them out there but i want your recommendations...

front page is evil, nasty, horrible, baked by the devil (bill gates has horns muhahaha).
Easiest, notepad but does require learning HTML, dreamweaver from the reviews is pretty good. tried google?
