Javascript flyout menu
Hey guys,
You've been good in the past helping me out with these kind of issues. Today i've got a pretty tricky issue. I'm trying to implement a vertical flyout menu with an opaque layer that appears on submenu items.
See my work in progress at: http://www.wsmtest.com/home/2/
It is a rework of the one seen at: http://www.sailsnoosa.com.au/noosa-restaurant/3/
BUT for what ever reason my version at Wsmtest.com is terrible across all the other browsers. You'll see that the rollover on Rooms reacts differently in different browsers. URGH!
Anyway, if anyone can see a solution, please advise.
Alternatively if you know of a script that can do what im trying to achieve - please post a link.
TIA
serpico

You can ignore this now thanks. I ended up purchasing a much cleaner script.

looks terrible, at least in Opera
anyway, glad you found a solution, but I recommend checking out Dynamic Drive for DHTML prepackaged doodads like menus and scrollers - their scripts have always saved me 80-90% of the work, and they are $free
I am using their css-based Chrome menu at RateMyEnterprises
[note to moderators: RME is not "porn" - it is good clean fun!]
And I adapted one of their scrollers for the Menningen Archive
