Is it possible to customize an upload form with CSS?

Hi All, i have 1 question. How to customize an upload form?
Can it customized? I need the browse button should be below text area, and the upload button is beside the browse.
The default if i place is the browse button will shown text area's side.

Please, anyone know the solutions??

As far as I know, the input area and the "browse" button are all one element, so they cannot be altered apart from one another. Therefore, I do not think it is possible (nor practical, IMO) to place the "browse" button below the actual input area.
