I was wondering if anyone knew where I could download a free program that would allow me to access any IRC room on any IRC server from say my website.
So I can log onto a page in my site and be able to have it automatically connect to the correct server and room that I have specified. I would also like it to be able to request and use Nicknames.

Well, you might be able to on something like QuickChat.org, but other than that, you probably need something like mIRC (download for free at mirc.co.uk).
