inconsistent pop-up window features across OS's

Having a prob with pop-up windows......in Dreamweaver 4, I designate an url to pop-up with no scrollbars, address bars, no resize, nothing.
Just a plain-jane window.
In IE5 on PC, it pops up as designed.
On IE5 on Mac, it has scrollbars, menus, address bar, and can be resized. On Mac this also occurs in IE 4+
My question: how can I author this pop-up behavior to where, on all OS's and later browser versions, it is just a window?
Please help. I'm a bit miffed......

zerocattle.com/examples/popUp.html is a script from the tutorials linked on the page.
Only thing is that in Opera, you can usually resize the window no matter what. Otherwise, it works for me on the Mac and Windows platforms, but I haven't done strong testing.

I use this at zerocattle.com/examples/gallery.html and I'm currently using an iBook and they work fine.
I know they work fine in Netscape 4.x, Opera 5+, Netscape 6 and IE 4+ on PC as well.
What problems are you running into?

I use the behavior in DW4 for browsers 4.o and later for pop-up windows.........on click, an URL is supposed to open up in a window with no features (no menu, no toolbars, scrollbars, nothing)
works fine in IE4.0 on PC but in IE 4.5 and 5 on Mac, the window has ALL features......
can't figure it out.....I've tried copy-and paste code in the past but to no avail.....
haven't tested your code extensively but I will
