Image Map shows artifacteee using iExp Mac
I used imageready to generate ImageMap html links.
I'm not designing this site just doing the simple html/image compression et., I don't usually use image maps.
Anyway when using iExp MacOS9/10 the image map shows after you click, when your waiting for a reply from the server. It's worse when you use the back button to return because there is the outline again. I did try using a borders=0 attribute also to no avail. I also tried eliminating the Alt tag, nope. Can't seem to find a reference in my old HTML book, or any of my books.

Is this a bug in iE Mac? or am I doing something wrong?

Is it like the dotted line around links in windows IE?
I remember this topic was brought up a while ago, not sure on the conculsion, think it might of been CSS that did the trick, I'll have a look for it.

ok I found the link, and Taff was the one who sovled it I think, suggests adding onfocus="blur()" to the link, read the whole thread

Busy yes this is the solution. I had found another partial solution, but your's works better and is pretty easy.
Dumb 'ol iExp for the Mac anyway.
