IE7, Click to Activate & Dropdowns
Hi All,
I just downloaded the new internet explorer 7 over the weekend, and admittedly a long overdue update from windows.
I knew the Microsoft fiasco was going on, but didn't realise so much had happened on it this year, and am a bit slow of the mark in updating my sites etc.
Anyhow, I have updated my html pages that contain flash with so the "Click to activate" doesn't show up and ruin the user experience, however I am a bit mystified as to what to do about this situation.

I have a particular site that has a javascript dropdown menu, which I have used with a transparent wmode and a css flashcontain id with z index so that my javascript drop down menu works in Firefox etc. However, now that I have to update this so that blasted "Click to Activate" doesn't show up, the same fix won't work and still make the dropdown menu appear. Has anyone found a work around that stops the click to activate showing, but still allows the menu to function ?
Thanks in advance for anyone that can enlighten me on this topic.
Cheers
