IE 5.5 Help
I HATE PERCENTAGES!!!!I HATE PERCENTAGES!!!!I HATE PERCENTAGES!!!!I HATE PERCENTAGES!!!!I HATE PERCENTAGES!!!!I HATE PERCENTAGES!!!!I HATE PERCENTAGES!!!!
Ok, now I've got that out of my system. I'm just about in tears over this, because I have no idea how to fix it.
First of all, in IE, I've tried using "expression", the IE thing as recomended by Svendtofte (http://www.svendtofte.com/code/max_width_in_ie/), to make it so that there is a min width on the "wrapper" div. No luck. Works fine at 800 x 600, but when you go back into 1200 some, it takes up the whole page.
I've tried adapting it to work. I can't explain everything I've done, but I'm almost ready just to give up.
Then, with the calendar, it gets worse. the calendar is really big. I can make it so it fits at one resolution, but not another.
I'm almost ready to put the calendar in a pop up and recode the whole site using fixed widths. Somebody, tell me what to do! I know, I should be learning and use examples and figure it out, but at this point, I just don't care.

Ok. After I settled down a bit (and played some poker) I got it fixed. I had to do some simple math and multiple expressions and whatnot, but it's fixed. I also just noticed that I didn't link to my site or my css. Sorry.
It's not perfect, the calendar's a bit small when viewed about 800x600, but at leat it's done.

lol, you're not the only one who's struggled with css... The path to the zen garden is strewn with fallen spirits who lost their will and succumbed to the IE dark side.
